Job Title: Lettings Administrator (Property Company)
Location: Farringdon London
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30am - 5:30pm
Hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home

About the Role:

We are seeking a friendly, organised, and efficient Lettings Administrator to join their team in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys a varied role and is passionate about property lettings. The role offers a flexible work setup, with a balance between office-based and remote working.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is essential
  • Assist with booking tenant check-ins and check-outs
  • Manage Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks for landlords
  • Provide general administrative support to the lettings team
  • Coordinate tenancy agreements, swaps, and contract amendments
  • Assist with property licensing and compliance
  • Upload property photos and floor plans to company systems
  • Liaise with the property management team and handle keys

Key Requirements:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency with property management software is desirable but not essential
