About the Role: We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Salesperson to join the North Kensington team to help launch and sell a brand-new phase of 150 units. This is a key role in a thriving property development project that promises to be a game-changer in the area!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture relationships with prospective buyers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the developer's brand.
- Assist in the sales process of a new 150-unit phase.
- Work closely with the project and marketing teams to ensure successful launches.
- Host viewings and engage with interested buyers, showcasing the quality and value of the properties.
- Support the sales team in achieving targets and driving sales conversions.
Hours & Benefits:
- Full-time, Monday to Friday, with every other Saturday (9 AM - 12 PM).
- Competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 - reflected into a day rate, plus commission (TBC).
