Location: Barking
Salary: £12.50-£14.50p/h depending on experience
We are looking for an experienced Sales support/Front of House with previous marketing suite experience to join as a temporary contractor. You will be required to carry out all day-to-day duties to make sure the marketing suite is kept to the highest of standards. This is a Monday to Friday fully on-site role meaning you can keep your weekends free for whatever you enjoy doing! This contract is currently needed for 4-8 weeks but depending on performance this does have potential to extend further.

They are a regional house builder who have a handful of projects in London. They are a mid-range specification whose main occupiers tend to be young professionals and first-time buyers.
What will you be doing?
In your role as a Sales Support/Front of House you will be the first face customers see on arrival. This will be a varied role which duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Manning the telephones
- Contacting any leads which come through from Rightmove, Zoopla and any others
- Assisting with viewings, for example showing the development models and show rooms
- General day to day office and front of house duties
- Welcoming all customers
- Always keeping the marketing suite presentable
- Potentially getting involved with key handovers and home demonstrations
- Making sure all homes are ready for when new guests move in
What are the requirements?
- For this role it is essential that you have marketing suite experience
- You will need to have hand on experience of the new home sales process
- Or equally you will have advanced estate agency experience
- Must be available ASAP
- Really strong customer service experience
- Must be well presented due to the elements of the role being customer facing
