Location: High Wycombe
Salary: £12.50-£14.50p/h depending on experience
Here at deverellsmith we have had a massive influx of ad hoc shifts in High Wycombe for a prestigious, well-renowned client. Whether you're currently working as an ad hoc new home sales consultant or your currently in a permanent position that doesn't quite tie in with your current lifestyle, we would be eager to talk to you and get you on board. This role will be based in their marketing suite in High Wycombe so New Homes Sales experience is essential.
Who will you be working for?
Our client has a name that anybody within the world of New Homes would be eager to work with due to their excellent reputation. They are understandably one of the leading property development companies within London with a wide range of rewards to show for this.
What will you be doing?
The standard day to day as a New Homes Sales Consultant would include:
- Manning the telephones
- Contacting any leads which come through from Rightmove, Zoopla and any others
- Taking round any walk ins to see the development models and show rooms
- General day to day office and front of house duties
- Welcoming all customers
- Always keeping the marketing suite presentable
- Potentially getting involved with key handovers and home demonstrations
- Making sure all homes are ready for when new guests move in
What are the requirements?
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Preferably Front of House experience
- Proven experience in new home sales or property sales is essential
- Must be open to weekend shifts
