Salary: £35,000-£45,000 - day rate equivalent, depending on experience

We are excited to partner with a prestigious client, a household name in the property industry, who is seeking an Office Manager/PA available to start as soon as possible for an ongoing temporary position. This opportunity is perfect for individuals with prior experience in the property sector who are looking for their next challenge. In this role, you will support the Construction Director, and previous experience as a PA/Office Manager is essential.

What will you do be doing?

You'll be an important part of the team, making sure all day-to-day PA and office management tasks are handled so everything runs smoothly.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage the Director's diary, provide general administrative assistance, and help the team stay on top of their tasks.
  • Ensure new starters have everything they need, from IT setup to office supplies.
  • Organise meetings, set up video conferences, and prepare refreshments to create a smooth, professional experience
  • Help collate essential tender documents, manage appointments, and upload critical documents to SharePoint
  • Manage the in-house training schedule, assist with CPD training, and follow up on team development needs
  • Occasionally assist with maintaining document control via SharePoint and Asite, ensuring everything is up to date
  • Office management, ensuring the office runs smoothly, including supplies and equipment maintenance

What requirements will you need?

  • PA experience is essential, industry experience is desirable
  • Highly efficient with Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Highly organised and able to multi-task
  • Highly personable
  • Available immediately
