Our client are a leading Block Management Agent renowned for commitment to providing unparalleled service to their clients. Their portfolio spans a diverse range of properties, and they pride themselves on their proactive approach and attention to detail. As they continue to grow, they are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join the team and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring seamless management of our property portfolio.
- Lead a team administrators, and support staff.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and industry regulations.
- Ensure strong communication between all departments within the business
- Address and resolve any operational issues or client concerns promptly and effectively.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise processes and performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in property/block management with a strong operational background.
- Comprehensive understanding of property management legislation and regulations.
- Great at using systems and implementing process
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively.
