Job Advert: Property Manager - Bicester
Salary: £30,000- £35,000
Location: Bicester
Benefits: 24 days holiday plus bank holidays, onsite parking
Are you an experienced Property Manager looking for a new opportunity? Our client is seeking a motivated individual to join their growing team in Bicester. This is an exciting chance to manage a diverse portfolio of properties while providing exceptional service to landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end tenancy management, including onboarding new landlords and tenants and progressing tenancy applications in line with regulations.
- Set and collect rent and other fees from tenants efficiently.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, managing relationships and resolving disputes.
- Conduct building inspections for prospective tenants and oversee tenant screening and evictions, ensuring compliance with occupancy rules.
- Manage property finances by processing invoices, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely tax payments in line with HMRC deadlines.
- Address tenant complaints and coordinate repairs, ensuring regular building upkeep.
- Project manage all work related to client properties, ensuring high standards are maintained.
- Ensure safety and regulatory compliance across all properties.
- Provide administrative support, including advertising units, negotiating lease terms, completing tenancy renewals, and issuing deposit returns.
Requirements:
- Must drive and own a car.
- Previous experience in property management.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
