Residences Manager
Location: Canary Wharf, London
Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours/week, Mon-Fri (Flexibility required)
We are seeking a Residences Manager to oversee operations at a prestigious new residential development in Canary Wharf. This landmark property features luxury apartments and world-class amenities, offering residents an exceptional lifestyle experience.
Your Role:
As Residences Manager, you'll lead a team to ensure outstanding customer service and seamless operations across the property. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing front-of-house services to create a safe, welcoming, and high-quality environment.
- Overseeing the setup and smooth operation of exclusive resident amenities.
- Ensuring efficient parcel management, resident onboarding, and booking processes.
- Conducting regular building patrols, addressing maintenance and safety concerns promptly.
- Supporting building safety initiatives in line with the Building Safety Act 2022.
- Providing local area knowledge and personalised service to enhance the resident experience.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a front-of-house or duty manager.
- A track record of successfully managing a team of 5+ staff.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering premium customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in handling pressure and using your initiative to solve problems.
