My client is seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Progressor to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-volume progressions efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the progression of new home sales from reservation through to completion.
- Liaise with buyers, solicitors, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of all sales documentation.
- Provide regular updates to clients, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the sales process.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales progression role within the new homes sector.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of transactions.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering top-quality service.
