About the Role:
Our client, a dynamic and forward-thinking business based in North London, is seeking a Sales Progressor to join their in-house team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Process Management: Oversee the progression of property sales from offer to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- AML Checks: Conduct Anti-Money Laundering checks to comply with regulations.
- Coordination: Manage key stages such as deposits, surveys, and gathering mortgage broker details.
- Sales Memoranda: Prepare and issue sales memoranda accurately and promptly.
- Communication: Act as a central point of contact for clients, brokers, surveyors, and solicitors, ensuring all parties are kept informed.

Working Hours and Benefits:
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Holidays: 28 days (including bank holidays), plus your birthday off and two additional days off at Christmas.
