Sales Valuer, Notting Hill
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Valuer to join a thriving team in Notting Hill. In this role, you will be responsible for providing accurate property valuations, building client relationships, and driving sales within one of London's most prestigious and vibrant markets.
You will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service, maximising sales opportunities, and contributing to the company's success in a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Valuations: Identify and conduct market appraisals to provide realistic and competitive market valuations.
- Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, prospective buyers, and other stakeholders.
- Market Knowledge: Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and local developments to provide informed advice to clients.
- Negotiation: Act as the primary negotiator between buyers and sellers to achieve favourable outcomes.
- Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with relevant legislation and company policies.
Skills & Experience
- Must be a currently valuing property with a minimum of three years Estate Agency experience.
- Strong knowledge of the Notting Hill market or similar high-value areas is desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficient in relevant property software and CRM systems.
