Salary: Up to £50,000 basic + commission (competitive package)
Working Days: Thursday - Monday
As a Senior New Homes Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the sales of premium properties, building strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires someone with a deep understanding of the new homes market and experience in selling properties at a similar price point. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance while ensuring a smooth customer journey from initial inquiry to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance to prospective buyers, conducting viewings and advising on all aspects of the development.
- Handle daily applicant inquiries, qualify all leads, and manage the applicant database efficiently.
- Negotiate offers received and close all potential sales opportunities, working closely with the head office to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with build, legal, and sales teams to ensure seamless communication and progress on all transactions.
- Conduct regular market research and collate comparables to stay informed about local market trends.
- Propose and implement new sales and marketing strategies to enhance sales rates throughout the development.
- Maintain accurate records on the CRM system, ensuring all data is correct and up to date.
- Manage the entire sales process, from reservation to exchange and completion, ensuring a first-class customer experience.
Requirements:
- Must have extensive experience in New Homes sales, specifically with properties in a similar price range (up to £2 million).
- Strong understanding of the Oxford property market and local buyers.
- Proven ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with high-net-worth clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident, polished, and capable of representing the brand to the highest standard.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with strong negotiation skills.
- Proficient in using Outlook, Word, Excel, and CRM systems.
