Are you looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator position covering two of the most transactional markets in London?
This is an opportunity to work for one of London's best independent agents. This business prides themselves on offering high standards and a personal service. As the longest serving agent in W12, they've been matching people with homes for over 30 years from their prominent position on Uxbridge Road. There is already over 120 years of combined experience in the office, so you'll be joining a high performing environment from day 1.
Responsibilities of a this position include:
- Daily management of buyers
- Regular communication with vendors regarding the property market
- Generate and conduct viewings
- Negotiate offers
- Sales progression
- Exceptional relationship building with clients including third parties
What you'll need:
- 1+ years Sales negotiator experience
- Proven track record
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with both clients and colleagues
Package:
- £22,000 Basic salary
- £300 Car Allowance per month
- Advanced commission for 3 months
- £55,000 OTE
