We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Site Manager to join and lead a team on a 200+ unit residential scheme in South West London. Maintain a clear focus on cost control, ensuring that all internal works (including drylining, joinery, MEP installations, and finishes) are delivered efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead the on-site execution of external packages, ensuring all activities align with project specifications and schedules.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and coordinate site staff, subcontractors orders, and suppliers to maintain efficient workflow and productivity.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards, conducting regular site inspections.
  • Quality Control: Monitor construction progress, ensuring work meets technical requirements and high-quality standards.
  • Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain clear communication with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns proactively.
  • Budget Management: Monitor and control project costs, ensuring profitability and resource efficiency.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate and address on-site challenges, minimising disruptions and delays.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager for a volume developer with residential projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations in the sector.
  • Demonstrable experience managing teams and subcontractors
  • SMSTS & CSCS card, NVQ level 6
  • Strong understanding of health and safety legislation.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and software is advantageous.
