Job Title: Senior Surveyor - Office Consultancy
Location: City of London, In office with 1 day remote working
Salary: £50,000 - £62,000 + Commission, Bonus, Private Health-care
We are seeking an experienced Senior Surveyor within Office Consultancy to join an innovative and client-focused office consultancy in London. This organisation specialises in advising dynamic businesses on their office strategies across the London market. Unlike traditional firms, they exclusively represent occupiers, providing unbiased, personalised guidance for leasing, renewing, or exiting office spaces.
The Role
As a Senior Advisor, you will manage end-to-end office relocation projects for clients, offering expert advice on the London office market. You'll generate new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for clients, overseeing their entire office moves.
- Search for and acquire new office spaces using networks, industry contacts, and internal systems.
- Build and maintain relationships with landlords and agents to stay informed on market availability.
- Negotiate lease agreements to secure the best terms for clients.
- Develop new business through proactive outreach and participation in networking events.
- Arrange and accompany clients on viewings, preparing presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and maximise opportunities.
- Use CRM systems to manage client relationships and track financial performance.
- Support marketing initiatives and leverage personal social media to promote services.
Ideal Candidate
- Strong knowledge of London or a willingness to learn through structured training.
- Proven business development skills and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
- Commercial property experience, particularly within the London market.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and organisational skills.
- Attention to detail and proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel).
- The ability to manage workloads, meet deadlines, and prioritise effectively.
Work Environment
This is primarily an in-person role, encouraging collaboration and team cohesion. Remote working is available one day per week post-onboarding, with additional flexibility based on performance and targets.
