Are you passionate about helping people find their dream home? Do you have a knack for sales and customer service? We're looking for a dynamic Shared Ownership Sales Consultant to join my clients team in Rugby!
What you'll do:
- Guide potential buyers through the shared ownership process, providing expert advice and support.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to completion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive experience at every step.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth and timely transactions.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales progress.
What you'll need:
- Proven sales experience, ideally within property or shared ownership.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive, driven approach with a passion for helping others.
- Knowledge of the local property market in Rugby would be a plus.
