They are seeking an experienced Shared Ownership Sales Consultant to join them on an a very exciting upcoming development in Stratford. The Role:
As a Share Ownership Sales Consultant, you'll take a consultative approach to matching buyers with tailored picked properties. From lead generation to closing deals, your focus will be on building trust, exceeding targets, and delivering exceptional service. This role is perfect for someone who is entrepreneurial, commercially savvy, and motivated by high performance.
What You'll Do:
- Engage with qualified leads to identify client needs
- Deliver tailored sales presentations and guide buyers through the shared ownership process
- Negotiate and close deals, meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Build long-term relationships with buyers to drive repeat and referral business
What We're Looking For?
- Proven success and experience within shared ownership sales or progression
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Self-motivation, resilience, and a results-driven mindset
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
