Location: Clacton-on-Sea | Hours: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Hourly rate reflective of £28,000 per annum, pro rata (£13.00 per hour plus holiday pay, £16.76PAYE)

As the face of the marketing suite, you'll guide prospective buyers through a seamless experience, from greeting visitors to giving tours of show homes.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Welcoming and engaging potential buyers
- Conducting guided tours and answering property inquiries
- Scheduling appointments and managing follow-ups
- Performing basic administrative tasks and CRM updates
This is a single-manned site, so you'll be responsible for preparing the marketing suite and closing up at the end of the day. Enthusiasm and excellent communication skills are key!
