- £36000 - £42000 daily rate

We're looking for a motivated individual to join our team on a 3 to 6-month temporary contract, assisting with snagging and final inspections on new build flats. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct mid-point and final inspections on flats in Canary Wharf with occasional visit to alternate site in Wood Green.
- Use an iPad to complete inspection forms, document findings, and photograph any issues.
- Verify that everything functions properly and complies with safety standards, ensuring there are no leaks or faults.
- Work closely under our Quality Control Lead and collaborate on accurate, compliant reporting.
