Job Title: Trainee Lettings Negotiator/ Graduate Lettings Negotiator
Location: Vauxhall, London
Salary: Basic £21,000 + OTE/Bonus/Car Allowance (Potential to earn £45,000 Year1)
Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 6:30pm; Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm; and every other Saturday, 9:30am to 4:00pm.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading Estate Agency brand as a Trainee/Graduate Lettings Negotiator, based in their highly successful Vauxhall office. The Role:
- As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator, you'll be handling the front end of property deals, negotiating offers, and liaising with clients.

- The right candidate will need to have a full valid driving licence and a vehicle.
The Offer:
- Starting salary of £21,000 per annum, plus a £300 monthly car allowance.
- 10% commission on all deals until target is hit, with 20% commission on deals exceeding target.
- Potential earnings of around £45,000 in the first year.
- Additional bonuses of £1,500 per quarter for hitting targets.
- Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 6:30pm; Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm; and every other Saturday, 9:30am to 4:00pm.
