Account Executive - Fully Remote

Here we have an exciting opportunity to become an account executive for a market leader in estate agency marketing. This business provide the estate agency industry with print, design and marketing services, and pride themselves in knowledge, trust and excellent customer service.

Estate agents across the UK use there services from product innovation and development of tech, to integration with multiple platforms. With an ever changing market place this business invest in new products and using technology to improve how they can increase market share and take advantage of new opportunities.

This role will form a crucial part of the sales team, being at the centre of the outbound calls and being vital in their client engagement, past, present and new. Some travel to the Newcastle office and London offices will be required for quarterly team meetings.

The Account Executive will primarily be responsible for managing several lists by phone which will consist of active and regular clients, this will involve account reviews and pitching of new products along with maintaining the relationship. Also, the list of dormant clients where the Account Executive will make contact to re-establish the relationship.

Pursuing new business development will also form part of this role.

This role has excellent career progression with the possibility of promotion within 12 months, as well as monthly commission on achievement of targets.

Responsibilities

  • Outbound calls - Calling lists of customers to re-establish contact and maintain ongoing relationships.
  • New business - Using a list provided to contact and generate new business
  • Directing inbound calls- helping your client lists when they call
  • Building relationships with clients, getting to know their individual needs and how we can help
  • Capture relevant information from the customers that supports the sales process
  • Diarising and following up on opportunities in a timely manner, follow up all calls with an email
  • Working very closely with the Account Managers in the field
