Senior Lettings Negotiator - Tower Bridge

This independent brand is currently on the lookout for top Lettings Negotiators to join their business due to growth. This role is NOT patch specific however will require travel to the head office in Tower Bridge.
If you enjoy fast paced, transactional markets and consider yourself a deal machine then this is the role is perfect for you! BTR experience not necessary for this seat and is considering applications from traditional estate agency background in fact some of the best performers in this office have come from an estate agency role previous!
With stock all over Central London you a never tied to a specific patch which offers huge variety to your working weeks. On average negotiators in this office are agreeing anywhere between 20/40 lets per month.
The package on offer for the successful candidate is a basic salary of up to £25,000 plus travel allowance. This position is offering achievable on target earnings in the first year of £55,000. Full driver's license and car needed with this position. Working pattern is 5 day working weeks, working 1 in 3 Saturdays.

The ideal candidate:
- MINIMUM 12 MONTHS LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR EXPERIENCE
- Track record of consistent billings
- A tenacious attitude along with an eye for detail
- Great customer service skills
- Working well in a team environment
- Committed to working the weekends
