Our client are a growing Block Management company who are looking for a friendly, efficient Administrator to join their team of Property Managers.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks for the Block Management department.
- Conduct mail merges and prepare envelopes for mailing.
- Handle archiving and scanning of documents.
- Arrange for keys and other necessary items as required.
- Answering telephone calls in a professional manner
- Assist with keeping systems up to date
- Coordinate reports with the accounts team
Skills and Attributes:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

- Proficiency in data entry and basic computer applications.
