Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our team in Brixton. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving lettings business growth, building strong client relationships, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property viewings and provide accurate information to prospective tenants.
  • Negotiate rental terms and agreements between landlords and tenants.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct property valuations and provide accurate rental appraisals.
  • Manage the tenancy application process, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
  • Handle queries and issues from landlords and tenants, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of regular reports on lettings performance to management.
  • Support the lettings team in achieving performance targets and business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a lettings negotiator role within the property industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Brixton property market and lettings regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development.
  • ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents) qualification or equivalent is desirable.
