Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the interior design and fit-out market.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including property developers, architects, and commercial businesses.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

  • Present and demonstrate our interior design and fit-out services to potential clients.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations.

  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.

  • Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure client requirements are met.

  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance and market conditions to senior management.

  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and expand our client base.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a business development or sales role within the interior design, fit-out, or related industry.

  • Strong understanding of the interior design and fit-out market and the needs of property developers and commercial clients.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalise on business opportunities.

  • Highly motivated and results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Willingness to travel across the UK as required.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
