Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the interior design and fit-out market.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including property developers, architects, and commercial businesses.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Present and demonstrate our interior design and fit-out services to potential clients.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance and market conditions to senior management.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and expand our client base.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a business development or sales role within the interior design, fit-out, or related industry.
Strong understanding of the interior design and fit-out market and the needs of property developers and commercial clients.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalise on business opportunities.
Highly motivated and results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel across the UK as required.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
