Our client is recruiting a Sales Manager (senior BDM) and are one of the most well known brands in the estate agency supplier space. Reporting to the Head of Sales Operations you'll be involved in:
- Managing both inbound and outbound leads, presenting the product to prospective clients through virtual demos and in-person meetings as required.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan focused on driving B2B SaaS sales, particularly targeting property managers and letting agencies.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales KPIs, contributing to the overall business growth and market share expansion in the UK.
- Maintain up-to-date, detailed records of all sales activities, communications, and client interactions using HubSpot's CRM platform.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and customer success teams to ensure lead generation and customer retention strategies align with business goals.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to provide valuable insights during sales discussions.
- Occasionally travel for in-person client meetings and industry events, representing the company at key industry functions across the UK.
Who we're looking for

- Proven track record of successful sales experience within the proptech industry
- Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, ideally within a SaaS environment, with a focus on long-term client relationships and subscription-based products.
- Familiarity with SaaS product offerings, including how to effectively communicate value propositions and handle complex sales cycles.
- Hands-on experience using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms to manage sales pipelines, track leads, and record customer interactions.
- Ability to engage decision-makers within estate agencies and letting agencies, with an understanding of industry challenges and the ability to position solutions effectively.

As a Sales Manager we expect your success and impact in the early stages of your career with us to look something like this:
Within 1 month:
- Gain a thorough understanding of the product, sales process, and target market.
- Familiarise yourself with the software we use to achieve success.
- Understand the company vision and how we plan to achieve it as one team.
Within 3 months:
- Consistently hit outbound lead generation KPIs.
- Deliver product demos, either virtually or in person.
- Begin to build a Pipeline of business with good data hygiene and best practices.
- Begin to learn the wider offerings to the industry.
Within 6 months:
- Converting early-stage prospects into paying customers, through the pipeline.
- Meeting initial sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborating with the team to convert larger prospects into opportunities
