Job Title: Client Accounting (Residential Lettings)
Salary: £28k - £32k + £3k Car Allowance
Location: Hybrid: 4 days from home. 1 day in Canary Wharf
Summary
We are representing one of the world's leading commercial real estate services and investments company, based in Canary Wharf. With over 500 offices in more than 100 countries, they are a global leader within the industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Head of Client Accounts in the day to day running of the Lettings Accounts Section
- Receiving rents, paying suppliers and Landlords through Reapit, producing statements and remittance advices
- Refunding tenant deposits
- Chasing rent arrears and reporting back to clients accordingly
- Problem solving account queries when received from Tenant, Landlord and Suppliers
- Ensure all KPIs are met
- Using the accountancy functions in Reapit unaided
- Other administration duties when necessary
The ideal candidate would have around 3 years' experience within the field, in a similar role. Experience with systems such as Reapit and MS Office is very desirable and you must be within a commutable distance to Canary Wharf.
