My client is looking for a Customer Relations Manager to join their Aftercare team in Andover, Hampshire. An exciting opportunity to work with a fantastic and well known housebuilder on a temp to perm basis with an ASAP start date available!
As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible in the managing of the Co-Ordinators and Technicians within the aftercare team. Responsible for the customer experience. Ensures a smooth running of the day to day tasks.
