The Requirements & The Role
It is imperative you have been working within Estate Agency and have been managing a team for a number of years.
The following is essential;
- Confident, personable and engaging with an ability to converse with clients
- Experience in valuing properties and converting leads, cross selling and working in fast paced, target driven environment
- Demonstrate ability to network and constructively embed in the neighbourhood
- Use the brand, marketing and peers to elevate presence in the area
- Continuously drive business forward and know your market and demographic
The Rewards
This is a bespoke package based on the candidates experience. There is a guarantee on offer and a competitive basic salary somewhere between £35-£40k with an OTE of £80-£100k plus - this is all negotiable.
