Hours: 40 hours per week - 5 over 6 - (one in lieu)
Looking for a new opportunity within the Build to Rent sector with amazing progressive opportunities? I am looking for a dedicated leasing executive to oversee lettings management for our stunning new build development featuring 310 apartments. If you're proactive, organised, and passionate about delivering exceptional service, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Comprehensive Management: Oversee all lettings administration, compliance, and marketing to ensure a first-class resident experience from inquiry to deposit return.
- Data Accuracy: Maintain up-to-date and accurate lettings and rental data.
- Apartment Presentation: Regularly check available apartments and coordinate with the cleaning team to uphold high presentation standards.
- Online Marketing Coordination: Drive the marketing of available apartments across various platforms.
- Performance Reporting: Compile demographic data and performance reports for discussions with clients, Savills senior team, and the General Manager.
- Prospective Tenant Engagement: Conduct viewings, negotiate rental offers, and complete applicant vetting requirements.
- New Let Paperwork: Ensure compliance with strict procedures for all new letting documentation.
- Market Analysis: Collaborate with the General Manager to analyse local rental trends and advise on recommended rents.
- Renewal Management: Coordinate communication and negotiations for tenant renewals.
- Seamless Move-Ins: Prepare arrival packs and ensure keys are ready for new tenants.
- Community Building: Work with the wider site team to create an exceptional community through communication and events.
- Ad-Hoc Projects: Support the General Manager with various projects as needed.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide top-notch service to residents and applicants.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, dynamic approach.
- Excellent communication skills, with an understanding of residents' needs.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Flexible team player who values collaboration.

- Commitment to confidentiality and security of documentation.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.
