Our client are a brilliant, creative developer who are looking to hire an experienced Lettings Coordinator for their iconic regeneration project.
You will be working with an experienced team, who work hard but have a fantastic team culture.
As the Lettings Coordinator you will be:
- Progressing tenancy's and ensuring or relevant paper work is obtained
- Ensuring both tenants and landlords are effectively communicated with to ensure the smooth running of the letting process
- Maintaining all relevant tenancy documents through the tenancy
- Processing payments of move in monies from tenants prior to their tenancy starting
- Conduct pre-tenancy checks ensuring all properties are in the correct standard
Who they are looking for:
- Good understanding of tenancy progression and tenancy process
- Great organisational skills being able to work in a busy environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build relationships both internally and externally
- Great at problem solving and the ability to deal with difficult situations
