Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the front-line lettings team, fostering a culture of excellence and customer focus.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase lettings business and enhance market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and key stakeholders, providing a bespoke service tailored to their needs.
- Monitor and analyse market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and industry standards.
- Oversee the negotiation and finalisation of tenancy agreements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute targeted marketing campaigns.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on lettings performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior lettings role, preferably within a boutique estate agency.
- Deep understanding of the Central London property market and lettings regulations.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and business development capabilities.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents) qualification or equivalent is desirable.
