Job Title: Lettings Negotiator
Location: London Bridge, London
Salary: £22,000 per annum
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator. As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, building relationships with clients, and facilitating successful lettings transactions. Responsibilities:
- Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice to prospective tenants
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of residential properties
- Negotiate offers between tenants and landlords to achieve successful lettings
- Process tenancy applications, referencing, and all associated paperwork
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, landlords, and tenants
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and changes in property regulations
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Achieve and exceed set targets and KPIs
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of the London property market and lettings process
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in using relevant software and technology
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Full UK driving license is desirable
