Key Responsibilities:
- Property Listings:
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of rental properties.
- Conduct property viewings and provide accurate information to potential tenants.
- Liaise with landlords to ensure properties are presented and marketed effectively.
- Client Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and prospective clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Negotiate rental agreements and terms between landlords and tenants.
- Marketing and Promotion:
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials and online listings.
- Utilise various platforms to advertise available properties.
- Organise and conduct property viewings, open houses, and promotional events.
- Administrative Duties:
- Prepare tenancy agreements and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
- Conduct reference checks and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Handle general administrative tasks associated with the letting process.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with colleagues across different branches to share leads and resources.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the company.
- Provide support and training to junior staff members when required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a lettings negotiator or similar role within the property industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the South West London property market is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using property management software and MS Office Suite.
- A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
