We are seeking a motivated and professional Lettings Negotiator to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Property Listings:
    • Manage and maintain a portfolio of rental properties.
    • Conduct property viewings and provide accurate information to potential tenants.
    • Liaise with landlords to ensure properties are presented and marketed effectively.
  2. Client Relations:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and prospective clients.
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
    • Negotiate rental agreements and terms between landlords and tenants.
  3. Marketing and Promotion:
    • Assist in the creation of marketing materials and online listings.
    • Utilise various platforms to advertise available properties.
    • Organise and conduct property viewings, open houses, and promotional events.
  4. Administrative Duties:
    • Prepare tenancy agreements and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
    • Conduct reference checks and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
    • Handle general administrative tasks associated with the letting process.
  5. Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with colleagues across different branches to share leads and resources.
    • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the company.
    • Provide support and training to junior staff members when required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a lettings negotiator or similar role within the property industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of the South West London property market is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in using property management software and MS Office Suite.
  • A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
