Lettings Negotiator Position - East London

This is an exceptional opportunity to be a part of a growing independent estate agency. This quirky boutique brand is looking to continue growth plans by adding a Lettings Negotiator to there already well established Lettings team. The office already have an impressive track record of successful billings alongside a healthy portfolio of managed stock.
Working for an independent brand gives the said negotiator a great opportunity to take control of their own desk and really elevate their career. The current lettings team set up is a property manager, a lettings administrator, and the lettings director. Within this role you will be working closely alongside the director who can be used as a fountain of knowledge, as you look to grow your career and take on more responsibility.
The package on offer for the successful candidate is a basic salary between £25,000 - £30,000 with an achievable on target earnings in the first year of £40,000 - £45,000. There is no need to drive with this position, a travel allowance will be worked into the package. Five day working weeks with a 1 in 3 Saturday working pattern.
The ideal candidate:
- 12 months minimum estate agency experience
- Track record of successful billings
- A tenacious attitude along with an eye for detail
- Great customer service skills
- Working well in a team environment
- Committed to working weekends
