Deverellsmith is recruiting for an experienced Multi trader Maintenance Operative for a position based in Greenwich.
Our client is a well-established and highly successful Residential Developer and the role will focus on remedial works improving the fire safety standards in their recently completed homes.
The role will involve visiting residential properties to carry out vital fire safety improvement work. This includes tasks such as joinery, door hanging and refitting, painting and decorating, mastic, patch plastering, and tiling. You will be responsible for ensuring that all work meets the highest standards of safety and quality.
As the role is based on a single site in Greenwich, and you should be experienced across multiple trades including carpentry, plastering and painting.
