We are seeking a creative and organised New Homes Marketing Coordinator to join my clients team. This role will support marketing efforts to attract and engage home buyers through compelling campaigns, events, and digital content.

Role Overview:
The New Homes Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies that highlight new home communities, drive interest, and support the sales team in converting leads into homeowners. If you're detail-oriented, passionate about real estate marketing, and excited to work in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media channels focused on new home communities.
  • Content Development: Create and manage content for social media, email newsletters, websites, and digital ads, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and organise open houses, community tours, and model home events to drive foot traffic and engagement.
  • Lead Management: Support the sales team by managing and nurturing leads in the CRM, coordinating follow-ups, and tracking conversions.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer demographics to inform strategy.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Track campaign effectiveness and provide insights for optimisation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of marketing experience, in property or new home sales.
  • Strong writing skills and proficiency with digital marketing tools (social media platforms, CRM, Google Analytics).
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Please note without relevant new homes or property experience you will not be considered at this time.
