Key Responsibilities
- Provide tailored, expert mortgage advice to clients, managing the process from consultation to successful completion.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients, lenders, and internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Stay ahead of market trends, lender policies, and regulatory updates to deliver informed, insightful guidance.
- Handle complex cases with creative problem-solving while maintaining full compliance with industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Mortgage Advisor with a proven track record.
- Fully CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organised with keen attention to detail; tech-savvy and adept at using CRM systems.
