Immediate start - TEMP TO PERM
- £29,000 basic salary (£15.ph temp)
- £23,000 commission (total package £52,000 per annum)
- 5 days per week, 9:30 - 5pm

A temp to perm position, this is a rare opportunity for someone with less experience to prove themselves in a new career in New Homes Sales!
In the buzzing north London area, you'll play a pivotal role in selling to first time buyers - residential, couples with young children, newlyweds and some downsizers.
You'll need:
- Expert people skills. A previous role in sales or high-end customer service is essential.
- Negotiation abilities.
- Listening skills and team-player mentality.
You'll be at an advantage if:
- You already have experience selling off-plan.
- You know the North London area and could sell it's benefits to would-be buyers.
- You can start ASAP.
