Job Title: New Homes Sales Advisor
Location: Oxford
Salary: Experienced based, circa £30,000 per annum
Benefits: Quarterly bonus scheme, OTE £40,000+ in the first 12 months
Are you an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative team? Our client is seeking a talented individual to become a key member of our New Homes Sales team. If you have a proven track record in new homes sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct office-based work, managing our database and engaging with new buyers.
- Negotiate and progress sales, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
- Conduct viewings on a diverse range of New-Build homes, from shared-ownership apartments to bespoke houses.
- Liaise with developer clients, providing regular updates on sales progress.
- Collaborate with our Creative Team to plan Marketing Schedules, including videos and social media campaigns, for new developments.
- Assist in new development launches, VIP events, and show home staffing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers to enhance business partnerships.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in new homes sales.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the Creative Team for marketing initiatives.
- Flexibility to cover show homes or attend launch events on weekends.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- A positive and proactive attitude towards achieving sales targets.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
- Saturday: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm (1 in 2 weekends, predominantly Saturdays with occasional Sundays)
- Additional hours may be required for show homes or launch events on weekends.
Salary:
Experienced based, circa £30,000 per annum, with a quarterly bonus scheme. Estimated first 12 months OTE £40,000+.
