WANTED: Mandarin speaking new homes staff for stunning marketing suites in London!
Working for one of the UK's most prominent house builders, you'd play a central role in qualifying excited new homes buyers and closing the sale!
- Immediate start - temporary shifts
- 10 - 5pm working hours
- Weekly pay, £14 ph. + holiday (PAYE)
You'll need:
- Languages in Mandarin.
- To be able to confidently sell properties off-plan to first time buyers, down-sizers and overseas investors.
- Natural rapport building and people skills.
- Curiosity and passion about the area you are selling. What are local schools like? Recommended shops? Value for money? etc.
If would be a huge bonus if:
- You have worked in property before.
