Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences, serving as the primary point of contact for prospective buyers.

  • Utilize various communication channels to effectively connect with clients and coordinate property viewings.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience in real estate sales preferred; however, candidates with sales backgrounds in related fields such as shared ownership, retirement homes, or estate agency will also be considered.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Residency within reasonable commuting distance of the Folkestone area is required.


Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary starting at £30,000 with an OTE potential of up to £50,000 through commissions.
  • Additional perks include a company bonus equivalent to 5% of the basic salary after one year of employment, reimbursement of £500 annually for uniform expenses, and 25 days of annual leave.
  • Mileage reimbursement available after the first 15 miles.
