My client is a leading shared ownership provider looking for a Shared Ownership New Homes Sales Consultant to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within the thriving Shared Ownership sector, helping individuals and families find their perfect new home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice to potential buyers on the Shared Ownership scheme, explaining eligibility, processes, and the benefits of the scheme.
  • Handle all sales inquiries, guiding customers from initial interest through to property viewings, negotiations, and final sale agreements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective buyers, helping them navigate their home-buying journey.
  • Conduct viewings and tours of new homes, showcasing the features and benefits of each property.
  • Manage a portfolio of leads, ensuring all customer records and communications are logged and up to date in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with external partners, including mortgage brokers and solicitors, to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and new developments to provide accurate advice to clients.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in property sales, new homes sales, or a similar sales-driven environment.
  • A strong understanding of the Shared Ownership scheme or a willingness to learn quickly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet sales targets and work independently.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends, to meet customer demands.
  • Confidence in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
