Role Overview:

Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Sales & Marketing Director and wider team to enhance department efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities:

  • Diary management and full administrative support for the Divisional Sales & Marketing Director
  • General assistance and administrative support for the Sales & Marketing Team, acting as a central point of contact
  • Managing senior team expenses
  • Invoice processing and management for the Sales & Marketing department
  • Raising Purchase Orders, Minor Work Orders and Site Instructions when needed
  • Organising overseas travel, including the booking of flights, hotel and managing a complex itinerary
  • Placing orders for multiple Marketing Suites in various locations across London
  • Collating information and document preparation for Management and Board Reports
  • Occasional early morning starts for meetings to assist with catering duties for the attendees
  • Organising meeting refreshments, including breakfasts and lunches
  • Manage the team's rota and Holiday Records
  • Provide cover of the Main Reception desk as required
  • Liaise with and work closely with the wider Business Support team
  • Any other reasonable duties which may be requested

Skills and Attributes:

  • Technical Skills
    * Accurate and efficient typing
    * Excellent written and spoken English
    * Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint & SharePoint
    * Previous experience supporting a team
    * Previous experience from the construction or property industry desirable but not essential

    * A 'can-do' attitude with a willingness to get 'stuck-in'
