Job Role Summary:
They are seeking an experienced, self-motivated Property Manager to join the Lettings Team in Central London.
Job description:
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly.
- Coordinate lease agreements, renewals, and terminations.
- Conduct tenant orientations and move-in/move-out inspections.
- Oversee and coordinate maintenance and repairs to ensure properties are well-maintained.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify issues and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.
- Organise and ensure compliance is up to date.
Skills needed:
- 2 years residential property management experience
