Job description

Join an Exclusive Opportunity as a Property Developer's Right-Hand Assistant!

Are you ready for an exciting, flexible role with a prestigious UHNW client in the property development sector? We have an incredible opportunity for a dynamic individual to join a thriving business, managing an extensive residential and commercial property portfolio. This unique role offers the chance to provide world-class support to the principal in both their professional and personal life.

Position Overview: This varied and fast-paced role requires flexibility, versatility, and a positive 'can-do' attitude. You'll need to exhibit a high level of attention to detail, efficiency, professionalism, and a solution-focused mindset. Primarily remote, this role is ideal for candidates located in the Manchester/Cheshire area. While this is a Monday-Friday position, it offers flexibility as you will not be required all day, every day-only as needed. This makes it perfect for someone seeking flexible working hours. Reporting directly to the Principal, you may also assist other family members as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the management of properties in the portfolio
  • Supporting the management of ongoing projects
  • Liaising with accountants, lawyers, and bankers when needed
  • Maintaining records on rent received, tenants, bills, etc.
  • Undertaking ad-hoc project work (research, contact finding, document preparation)
  • Performing general administrative duties (mail, errands, appointment setting, bookings)

Essential Qualities:

  • Trustworthy and honest
  • Ambitious
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Sharp and switched on
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Reliable and easy to work with
  • Organised and proactive
  • Ability to make autonomous decisions when needed
  • Flexible, proactive, and self-motivated
  • Strong project management skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role

Desirable Qualities:

  • Interest or experience in property or investments (not essential)

The principal is hands-on and supportive, providing guidance to help you succeed. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive candidate looking to advance their career in a diverse role with long-term growth potential. There is room to make this role your own, and a discretionary yearly bonus will be offered in addition to the salary.

Apply now and take the next step in your career with a role that combines flexibility, responsibility, and growth!

We Work As One...

The key to growth is in our differences, not similarities. Alongside our partners, building a diverse, inclusive and equal environment is at our core: everyone is made to feel welcome and encouraged to be their authentic self. Respect isn't an opt-in, it's the only way forward.
