As their portfolio continues to grow, they are looking to expand their Property Management Team, which currently consists of 10 professionals ranging in age from 25 to 45. Key Responsibilities:

  • Property Management: Manage a diverse portfolio of properties, ensuring high standards in maintenance, tenant relations, and property inspections.
  • Client Interaction: Coordinate repairs, replacements, and general property upkeep by liaising with landlords, tenants, and third-party service providers.
  • Compliance: Implement and maintain licensing requirements, manage insurance claims, and ensure all properties meet regulatory standards.
  • Administrative Duties: Handle deposit releases, credit control, invoice approvals, and organize check-ins and check-outs.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with property managers, inspectors, and support staff to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications:

  • Driving License: A valid driving license is essential.
  • ARLA Qualification: Preferred but not mandatory. The company offers ARLA training for candidates willing to gain the qualification.
  • Previous experience in property management is essential.
