Job Title: Property Manager
Location: Manchester (with travel to Liverpool)
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45am - 5:00pm
Holiday: Standard holiday package + additional perks

Are you a Property Manager looking for an exciting opportunity with a growing business? We're seeking an organised and personable Property Manager to join our client's team, overseeing a portfolio of 300 properties across Manchester and Liverpool.

About the Role:

As a Property Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of residential properties, ensuring all maintenance, inspections, and tenant relations are handled efficiently and professionally. You'll work closely with tenants, landlords, contractors, and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. A typical day will include everything from conducting property inspections, handling repairs, managing tenant enquiries, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of 300 properties across Manchester and Liverpool (some travel will be required)
  • Conduct regular property inspections, addressing any maintenance or tenant concerns
  • Liaise with tenants and landlords, ensuring clear communication and prompt issue resolution
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair works, overseeing contractors where necessary
  • Ensure properties comply with relevant regulations and legislation
  • Provide excellent customer service, maintaining strong relationships with both tenants and landlords

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in property management, ideally with a portfolio of residential properties
  • Full UK driving license and the ability to commute between Manchester and Liverpool for inspections
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships with a variety of people
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritise tasks
  • A sense of humour and the ability to contribute to a positive, friendly work culture
  • Proactive, organised, and able to think on your feet to solve problems
  • Strong knowledge of property management software is a plus
