Job title: Resident Host

Location: Maidenhead

Salary: £27,000pa

Looking for an exciting change within the Build-to-Rent sector? I am working with a prominent player in the Build-to-Rent (BTR) sector in the UK. They specialise in providing high-quality, purpose-built rental homes designed for long-term tenants and they are looking for a Resident Host to join their ever growing team.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Communicate effectively and warmly with residents, visitors, colleagues, couriers, and contractors.
  • Confidently challenge unknown visitors in a personable, professional manner.
  • Assist residents with queries about premises facilities.
  • Stay updated on local activities; provide recommendations about attractions and events; maintain a neighbourhood events diary.
  • Manage and update amenity reservations (e.g., VIP events, special requests) to meet resident's needs and ensure cleanliness and standards.
  • Oversee parcel and postal delivery services; ensure proper use of rental boxes and notify residents of deliveries.
  • Support resident move-in and move-out processes as directed by the Resident Management team.
  • Assist the Leasing team with pre-letting considerations to ensure timely execution of necessary works.
  • Track and respond to all maintenance requests, ensuring accurate communication with residents.
  • Maintain awareness of premises operations and safety compliance; communicate with relevant teams for smooth operations.
  • Conduct regular compliance inspections to uphold Fire, Life & Safety systems, address issues immediately.

  • Knowledge of systems such as Yardi, RentCafe, and Hubspot.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure.
