Sales & Lettings Negotiator - Canary Wharf

Looking for a Monday to Friday property role?

This is an exceptional opportunity to be a part of a growing independent estate agency brand. This office is looking to continue growth plans by adding a Sales and Lettings negotiator to there already well-established team.

With a huge managed portfolio already, there is opportunity to sell a wide variety of stock whether it be from current investors alongside new business. The business operates on an international level and would expect said negotiator to understand ROI's and Yield's in order to sell stock to investors due to the nature of the market.

Working for an independent brand gives the said candidate a great opportunity to take control of their own desk and really elevate their career. You will be working closely with the founder and managing director which enhances career growth!

The package on offer for the successful candidate is a basic salary up to £25,000 with an achievable on target earnings in the first year of £55,000. There is no need to drive with this position. Five day working weeks Monday to Friday weekends by appointment only.

The ideal candidate:

  • 24 months minimum estate agency experience
  • Track record of successful billings
  • A tenacious attitude along with an eye for detail
  • Great customer service skills
